Trouble reports

When submitting a trouble call please try to be as detailed as possible.  It will help us get your issues resolved as fast as possible.  Please consider the following:

1.  Error message:  If you got an error message, what was the complete message?  Did it provide an error number?  Can you replicate the error on demand?

2.  Does the problem travel with you from computer to computer or is it just at one?

3.  Is one website "slow" or are all websites "slow"?

4.  Did you reboot, as common as this trouble shooting tip is, rebooting does clear up over 75% of one time issues.
